Do I need to complete the health form for any pre-existing medical condition?

You only need to complete the health form if you feel you can not agree the health declaration.

If the health declaration is not applicable to your pre-existing medical condition then full cover will apply.

If in doubt and you do not want to complete the form you can email and we will answer you query as soon as possible.

If you are an existing customer please enter your email address and password (if this is the first time you have used our new system, your password is your Snowcard ID. You can change this by visitng ‘Your account’ once you are logged in).

If you are a new customer please ‘Register’.
