the information collected on this site. We will not sell,
share, or rent this information to others in ways different

Registration
Pre-registration is not required to use our web-site.
However if a client places an order on the site, they are
asked to become a registered user with a chosen password.
This will be "remembered" by our system to speed
up future purchasing. You must not disclose your password
to a third party. Snowcard Insurance Services cannot accept
responsibility for breaches of security where third parties
use your password to access your personal data.
Buying a Policy or Getting a Written Quote
We request information from the user on buying a policy
or requesting a written quote. A user must provide contact
information (like name and address) and financial information
(like credit card number, expiration date). This information
is used for billing purposes and to fulfil customer's policy
request. If we have trouble processing a policy request,
this contact information is used to get in touch with the
user.

for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage
our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read

Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional
material may opt-out of receiving these communications by
sending an email with unsubscribe in the subject line to
us at assistance@snowcard.co.uk,

used to register initially.

those changes via our Homepage so our users are always aware

circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we

Our services are only available to UK residents whose journeys
start and finish in the UK. English Law governs our policy.

insurance on behalf of other persons you take on responsibility
for ensuring they can comply with the policy terms and conditions.
