Duration of insurance
Enter the date you depart from home in the United Kingdom. You must NOT start a policy either part way through a trip or after you have left the United Kingdom. Ensure the return date matches the date you arrive back at home in the United Kingdom and not before.
Before purchasing your insurance, you must read the policy health declaration and agree that you have read and understood it. If you answer ‘yes’ to any of the questions you can still proceed and purchase your policy without calling the health screening number but the policy will not cover any pre existing medical conditions. The health screening number is only available during weekday office hours. If you buy a policy outside of office hours and subsequently call the health screening number and you are not satisfied with the outcome, there is a 14 day cooling off* period should you wish to cancel your policy (*conditions apply).
