UK travellers refused entry

What to do if changes in travel regulations because of Covid19 mean you can not enter your destination country:

There is no cancellation cover because of changes in government travel regulations.

In the first instance you should contact your tour operator or airline to see what their coronavirus policy is and whether they will provide a refund or rebook your holiday.

If you wish to cancel your insurance, please refer to the cancellation policy – if you are eligible for a refund this will be processed as quickly as possible.

If you wish to change the dates of a single trip policy, you can do this via your online account where you can make changes to the policy. Alternatively email [email protected] with the dates you wish to move the policy to.
