Cancellations and refunds

Please refer to our terms of business for your cancellation rights.


During the Covid19 coronavirus pandemic, if government regulations change or you test positive before travel the following options are available to you:


  • If you test positive for Covid19 and you have cancellation insurance, please refer to the claims procedure if you have non recoverable expenses to claim for.

  • If your policy is within the 14 day cooling off period and you have not made a claim, you can cancel your policy and obtain a refund (see exception below for single trip policies purchased within 28 days of the return date).

  • If you do not have a claim and your holiday is rebooked for a later date, we can reissue your policy for the new dates without charge. You can do this yourself via your online policy record where you can amend/upgrade policies or email [email protected] and we can amend for you. Any changes must be made before the original policy start date.

  • We will not refund your premium after the 14 day period. If you have a single trip policy, we will only refund your premium if the period from the date we issued the policy until your scheduled return date home is greater than 28 days. For both single trip and annual multi trip no refund of premium will be available after the 14 days. If you want to cancel your policy please contact Snowcard Insurance.
