Policy amendments
You can manage amendments or upgrades to your policy via your online policy record - there are some changes that can not be made after policy issue but if you have any queries regarding policy upgrades, please email.

If you need to amend or upgrade a policy, please login to your online account, navigate to your active policy and select ‘upgrade’.
Policy renewals
You can organise your next policy via your online account or if different cover is required, you can start afresh with a new quote via the home page 'quote builder'. Policies do not auto renew, a new contract needs to be set up at each anniversary date. Reminders are sent 4 weeks in advance (or earlier if you have an extended single trip limit), you will also receive an email telling you when your policy has expired.
It is the responsibility of the insured person to set up a new policy when a policy expires. You should check your insurance before you depart on holiday and ensure that the start date is not after departure or mid trip. Read here for further information.
Cancellation requests within the cooling off period
Please email in the cancellation reason along with your policy number and date of policy issue.
Assistance with claims
If you have a query relating to a claim you have already submitted - please email your claims reference and the date you submitted the claim to [email protected] - whilst Snowcard do not have direct access to your claims information, we can liaise with the insurers claims department on your behalf and request a status update.
