You can make certain amendments to your policy yourself via the 'upgrade' option within your online account.

For Single Trip policies:

Before departure you can amend - 

• your travel dates
• you can increase policy limits (but not decrease after initial purchase)
• add people to a group policy
• upgrade the activity cover level

After departure you can only amend - 

• the activity cover level
• add extra time to the policy

For Annual Mulit-Trip policies:

Before departure you can amend - 

• your policy start date (providing it is not to cover a cancellation claim that occured before the original start date)
• you can increase policy limits (but not decrease after initial purchase)
• upgrade the area from Europe to World wide
• upgrade the activity cover level

After departure you can only amend - 

• the activity cover level
• extend the single trip limit
