Verified Reviews You Can Trust
We use Feefo, an independent platform that only collects reviews from verified customers who have recently purchased a policy. This ensures feedback reflects genuine, recent experiences.
We do not actively collect reviews on Trustpilot. As a result, only a small number of reviews have been published there over time. This limited sample may not reflect the experience of the many customers we have successfully insured or supported through the claims process.

Most claims are handled quickly, often within a few days. Where delays occur, this is usually due to missing or incomplete documentation.
